    This Offer is only available to new clients of BrightFly Consulting ("BFC") who have never previously signed up for BFC’s marketing services. This Offer is limited to the first 50 signups. Once 50 signups have been reached, the Offer will no longer be available.

  2. Offer Details:
    Clients who sign up through the designated form and qualify for this Offer will receive a free AI marketing strategy audit.

  3. Limited Availability:
    The Offer is only available until the first 50 signups are received. After the 50th signup is completed, this Offer will be deemed closed, and no additional discounts will be provided under this promotion.

  4. Sign-Up Process:
    To qualify for the Offer, you must complete the form above. Signing up via other channels or after the Offer expires will not qualify for the discount.

  5. Contract Terms:

    BFC is not liable for any technical difficulties or other issues that may prevent participation in the Offer. BFC is also not responsible for any errors in the form submission or processing of signups.

  9. Privacy and Data Use:
    By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by BFC for the purpose of processing your participation and communicating with you regarding the Offer and subsequent services.

  10. Governing Law:
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lake County, Illinois.
